Refund policy

We are committed to ensuring you receive the right products and sizes. If you receive the wrong item or it doesn't fit, you may request an exchange within 3 days of delivery.

  1. Pickup for exchange will be arranged by Niuvora within 2–3 working days of your request
  2. Exchange product will be delivered within 7-10 working days to your location after pick up.
  3. Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packing and tags when received.
  4. If the return does not meet the above conditions, the exchange will not be processed, and the item will be sent back to the pickup address.
  5. If the requested size is unavailable, you may opt for a refund as per our refund policy.
  6. No product substitution is allowed during exchange.

We work hard to deliver the latest fashion at affordable rates with top-quality fabric. However, if you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 3 days of delivery.

We offer easy online returns with a scheduled pickup.

Important Notes:

  1. Shipping and COD charges at the time of order are non-refundable.
  2. ₹100 reverse pickup charge per item will be deducted from your refund.

Return

  1. Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Pickup will be scheduled within 2–3 working days.
  3. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging.
  4. Items without tags will not be accepted.
  5. If your return doesn’t meet the conditions above, it will not be accepted.

Damaged / Defective / Wrong / Missing Product

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or incomplete order, inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please email us a photograph of the product.
If we are not informed within 24 hours, your return may not be processed.

Amount Refund

  1. For returns, COD charges will be deducted from your refund.
  2. A ₹100 reverse shipping fee per item will also be deducted if applicable.

Refund Mode

  1. Prepaid Orders:
    Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after product receipt and processing (1–2 working days).
  2. COD Orders:
    Refund will be transferred to the bank account provided at the time of the return request. The amount will reflect within 7 working days.

Additional Points

  1. Products returned in a used or inappropriate condition will be sent back to the customer, and shipping will be charged.
  2. If your pincode is not serviceable for pickup, you must self-courier the item to:
